The security services are keen to speak to everyone with knowledge of Saraiva’s movements after it emerged that he appeared to have advance knowledge of an ISIS beheading video [ made by MOSSAD front group Site Intelligence].

Saraiva posted a message on his Twitter account on July 10 last year, which read: 

“Message to America the Islamic state is making a new movie. Thank u for the actors.” 

The first beheading video did not appear, until 40 days later, on August 19, 2014.
